Ok so I was at an amusement park and I bought an all day free refill cup. Later I left and decided that I would give it to someone since I didn't need it anymore. Is this a good deed because I'm helping someone or a sin because I'm doing probably what's against the rules at the amusement park

I think that you can rest easy that it was a good deed. You helped out your fellow Man, which is all that God asks of you.
If there's any sin, it's the price that amusement parks charge for drinks! :-)

Are you sure it's even technically against the park rules? Either way, you paid for a full days access to the drinks, and nothing beyond that will be taken from the park's resources, so I would say what you did is just fine.
