Is there a way to tell if you're infertile or not?

I'm not necessarily trying to have children now but in the future I plan to. I'm honestly surprised I haven't been pregnant before though, a partner gave me Chlamydia which I was unaware of which lead to PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) I got rid of both as soon as I found out but I wonder if that took a toll on my body and could have caused me to be infertile.

You can't really tell for sure if you're the one that's infertile. If you're having trouble conceiving it could be your partner's fault they could have a low sperm count, you never know.
You and your partner should see a doctor, let them know you've been trying to conceive an for how long. If it's been more then a year or two and nothings happening then ask to get a recommendation to visit a fertility clinic.
