I grab pretty much everything when at the buffet. I mostly fill my plate with happy family, mongolian beef, general tso chicken, and maybe one or two others. But, yeah, it's most everything at the all you can eat. At a restaurant, I go for something that has a large mix of things. The place nearby has a dish called happy season, which is similar to happy family, but has a bigger variety of ingredients in it. I don't think I have an authentic Chinese dish I like, because I didn't enjoy any of the food in San Francisco China Town. Plus, the dim sum bar cost me and my friend a fortune for lunch. Why? Because the menus were in Chinese, and the waiter didn't speak English. I think we spent between the two of us about $150 for lunch that didn't even taste that good and came in small portions.

Uhm probably just fried tofu, used to be pork dumplings, but I'm a vegetarian now.
