If you don't feel ready to be out with people yet, try to do you for a little bit. If that means reading The Bell Jar or her poetry, do that. It might help you process. Getting some exercise or going for a nice walk or car ride might help brighten your mood a bit. Or just sitting in the sun and reading a magazine like National Geographic or a fashion magazine. Something light without negativity might help occupy your mind. You do you! Socialize when you feel you're ready and comfortable to be around people again.
