Yes. If you have a bench warrant for your arrest, as soon as you contact anyone from the court, they will realize that and arrest you.

Need more details. Specifically which 2 countries are we talking about. USA and Canada exchange computer data every minute of the day. USA and Mexico - not so much. Columbia and Venezuela? You can probably get away with your master plan there.
