poll: do you use your computer in your room with the lights on or off?
for me I always turn on my bedroom light when i'm using the computer because my eyes can't stand light in the dark

Light on, I have a small night lamp not too bright, it creates this feeling of a lighted candles, I even sleep with the lamp on cause if I turn it off cockroaches starts appearing out of everywhere, this way when it's light they stay hidden and I don't have to chase them around all night.

The lights are off but my computer is in the living room not my bedroom

When the sun starts to sets then I turn on the light otherwise I just leave it off lol
