I wash my face with homemade honey cleanser 3-4 times a day and apply moisturizer twice (morning and before to bed) and that's all I do to my face

If it's working for you and you have no irritation, I would say it's a good routine.

That is good, you do not use harsh soaps, I always tell people that first when they claim they have acne, some do, but going straight to the benzoil peroxide is not the answer. Use a gentle soap first, and then a clean moisturizer.
