If you haven't had her fixed it's possible it's just a variation on her normal heat. Nothing to worry about unless she started to limp or act like she's in pain.

Is she spayed? If not it is likely an infection of the uterus called pyometra. It can turn deadly. Get her in to the vet ASAP. The best cure is a spay.
