How to exchange an item on Walmart?
Do I have to go in, get the right items, and then head to the Customers Service? Or, Do I go in, head to the CS and then go and get the right items?

You'd bring the item along with the receipt. You'd go to the CS desk and check in. They will then tell you to go get another item and while you're gone they will check that the item you brought back isn't damaged before they put it back on the shelf or send it back to the sender.
