Period Cramps!!!?

Does anyone have any suggestings to help ease my cramps? They hurt really badly and when I try stand, I can't stand straight up because it hurts so bad. And when I pee , I feel like I'm tensing up and and contracting and it really hurts !!!

I usually take ibprofephen and then take a warm shower. Usually when I get out the meds have kicked in. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy helps.

Take Midol or ibuprofen. Put a hot pad on your abdomen.
