16 is a bit after your adolescence which is were your hormones go like crazy... Your body is young , and working at is best... so basically your organism is tell you that you need to procreate... make babies... You can either have lots of sex with friends of your age. or masturbate tons... or just do tons of sports to get better...

But just as a peace of advice.. try to avoid watching porn, or masturbate if possible, do things to keep your mind and body busy, study, sports, hobbies. Sex would be more healthy than masturbation. Just take necessary precautions. use condons, do research about how to be careful, especially about all the nasty diseases that you can catch with sex.
