Amazon has very low overhead.
the watches themselves might be Unclaimed Freight, and cost amazon almost nothing, just transportation.
Unclaimed freight happens when a company places a factory order, and then goes out of business before the order is delivered. The manufacturer broke even on the order, but would lose money bringing it back to the factory, so they off it to whoever will pay to move it off the dock.
Quartz is not a Brand. It is what the Crystal is made of that keeps the time.
The deal with that kind of thing is, you can get it now, but if you want to buy another one in a few months, you can't get it at ANY price.

It's just an extremely cheap brand (Perman).
"Quartz" is a kind of classification of the watch movement; it's a basic electronic one that uses a quartz crystal as the timing reference, as do most electronic or digital watches.
