LG Optimus F200 NOT TURNING ON! PLEASE HELP!!?

Hi can you help me? My mom's phone (LG Optimus F200) won't turn on, even if I hard rest it it won't turn on. She told me this had happened when she was watching a video on YouTube her phone suddenly turned off, now even if I charge it or connect it to pc it doesn't turn on, does anyone know any solution for this? I have been looking solutions on YouTube but nothing worked. Please help.

Tried to replace the battery, she had an extra battery it's an original batt too. But it didn't worked. But tried removing the simcard and memory card, had to say that one worked. :D Thanks for the help anyways. :D

Try remove battety out and put bk in and see if it helps

Might be the battery. Get a replacement and see if that works.
