Sure. I also recall the Peyton Manning/Ryan Leaf debate and the discussion of who was better between Donovan McNabb and Tim Couch.
QBs have been chosen with the two top picks 7 times and history has shown us that one usually winds up having far more success than the other.
Jim Plunkett had more success than Archie Manning, primarily because he played for better teams, and Drew Bledsoe was far better than Rick Mirer. Peyton Manning had a HoF career compared to Ryan Leaf's Hall of Shame tenure, and Tim Couch coudn't touch Donovan McNabb. Griffin has been a disappointment while Luck has carried a weak team to 3 playoff appearances.
It remains to be seen how Mariota/Winston and Goff Wentz will play out but you can almost be certain one will be a lot better than the other.

Neither one of them has won anything.Skins cut ties with RG3 and the Colts paid Luck a boatload of money.Luck has made out pretty well but with what he is surrounded with he will win as many superbowls as RG3.Both of them are millionaires and RG3 is banging hotties.Is Luck getting 10's like RG is?

I didn't know it was a debate. Luck is clearly more gifted. Then and now despite neither have had much success yet.
