I think I might kill someone. Psychosis?

So past couple years I've had CONSTANT urges to kill people. I somtimes think people are talking about me behind my back or that things aren't what they seem. I have unnatural hatred twords people like my best friend who id kill in an instant if I'd a gun. I tried to buy a gun before on deep web. What the hell do I do now!  ..  any legitimate advice or help please. Thanks

Best case scenario, you have anger management and paranoia problems.
Worst case scenario, you have gone psychotic. Either of these you should seek mental and self-control help immediately! You could be severely schizophrenic. Whatever the case, if you are honestly having these desires, seek emergency help now!
