As a libertarian I dont like Ben Carson because he is a creationist nut who thinks the pyramids were built to store grain. I can only assume liberals think the same.

I don't know anyone who hates him, I know people who think he is a moron when it comes to anything other than surgery. Other than that is mostly just jokes about how tired he looks all the time.
