im stuck between concert and tenor. I like the sound of both but only have enough money for one. i play guitar but i want to learn ukulele. i love the ukulele sound and i feel that both are portable enough but i may need it for portability

One's a little bigger, one's a little smaller, but they're tuned the same. My advice would be to try both of them and see which one you like better. Personally I'd go for the tenor because one problem I have with ukes is that the frets are so close together. But that's me, not you. The difference isn't really that much.
