Questions about the movie 'The Pianist'?
At the end of the movie when the Jewish prisoners walked past the German soldiers surrounded by the barbed wires, one of them asked one of the Jewish men about Spilzman. Is the German soldier and the Nazi officer that helped Spilzman during his hiding the same person? I had to watch the scene twice to make sure but I m still confused? Also, was the Nazi officer married to one of Spilzman s sisters? Because in one scene in the movie, it showed where there was a picture of his family on the table of the officer and the woman looked like one of Spilzman s sisters.
