Yes if you have a winning record and you are not short at rb. Winning record because you can weather a game or 2 until big ben gets back and then you have the best wideout in the game

That depends on the rest of your roster specifically the WRs and RBs. If you already have good RBs or your WRs are weak without Brown, no. If you have other very good WRs and are pretty weak at RB, yes.
