Anything free and decent since AVG sucks with "zen?"?

I was a long time AVG user, I used to donate regularly when they were freeware and had online donations. Now the addition of "Zen" is getting harder and harder to avoid, and it sucks ***... so... anyone know the new up and coming freeware antivirus out there that is doing now what AVG used to before they sold out?

There is a way to get it without zen, I did it like that. Contact their support through chat and they'll show you.
