What can i do for level 2 acer support to replace my laptop with a new one?
I sent my new high spec computer to acer service center several times.I extended the warranty and now after the 6th time it got returned to me ,the same problems occur. I am very frustrated since this since supposed to be a high end laptop.I don't want to keep sending it back to the service center so i called Acer support hotline.They told me they are going to call me back within 48 hours.Has anyone experienced this and what can I do for them to replace my laptop with a new functional one.
