Disposal so I checked the electric breaker and I clicked on the buttons and when I pressed this one button it made the same noise and a green shock light sparked and it didn't work it didn't want to be pushed in what happned?

Un-plug the vacuum and then reset the breaker. The plug is messed up or the vacuum has gotten wet and motor shaft locked up with rust.
