For say the age, we use the verb: avoir / to have. So we say:
'' Elle a quatorze ans et elle a les yeux verts ''.
The plural of œil ( eye), is yeux and the adjective: vert, agrees with yeux, so you put a ' s ' at the end.

(yeux, is the irregular plural of œil; yeuz - does not exist. vert - masculine singuler. verts - masculine plural. vers = towards, as a preposition, or worms as a noun, or verse/verses/line/lines of a poem etc as a noun).
