We received an amazing gift from a local deli (Montreal) but no instructions. There are cold cuts, salads, bread, AND TWO containers of chicken broth and TWO containers of DUMPLINGS. (Very soft doughy balls). So heat the broth in a saucepan? Add dumplings and simmer??? How long should they simmer?

bring broth to full rolling boil that can't be stirred down. add the dumplings and allow to boil hard about 5 minutes, turn heat down to simmer and put lid on saucepan for about 15 minutes.
