How do I choose the correct fan/heatsink for CPU?

Specs:
Model ASUS Desktop PC K30BF_M32BF_A_F_K31BF SERIES
PROCESSOR: AMD A10- 7800 Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C + 8G 3.50 GHz
RAM: 8 GB 6.95 GB Useable
System: 64-bit x64-based processor
Window 8.1
I only need to replace the fan, but there are too many types out there. I might replace the heatsink too, since it's a combo. I don't know much about this, so please help me.

On Newegg you can filter the Heatsink category by Socket type. You're using Socket FM2+. The mounting mechism is the only thing that matters.

Aftermarket heatsinks usually come with a variety of attachment brackets to fit AMD and Intel sockets of multiple types.

I'd recommend a 92mm or 120mm tower style cooler with a low RPM PWM fan. BeQuiet and Noctua coolers are awesome; but there are many cheaper variants (30-ish dollar range) that do perfectly fine and are easy to install in small cases.

Most enthusiasts never use the stock heatsink from AMD. It's terrible. If you read the instructions and use thermal paste; you shouldn't have any problems installing an aftermarket cooler.
