Help determine what this parasite (or other thing) is (image)?
I just posted this question but this question has a picture. I couldn't get it on the other. Anyways, same thing. I think it's clear white or pale green with small wings and 4 legs give or take. Help me out? Thanks.

It's an aquatic beetle larva. I can't see your pic well enough to determine which one.
