Should i pursue getting a Bachelors Degree?

Current situation work as a loan officer 40k salary attended community college have about 30 units only interested in Business/Finance maybe some accounting courses. i would have to find a cheap accredited online program because of my work schedule don't want to take a lot of student loans keep my debt low would prob take 3 years. Is it worth it? I don't think my salary would go higher and a bachelors in business is very common thoughts and advice?

1. Do you like this job and will you be happy doing this and earning this amount for the rest of your life?
2. Will you need a BA degree to earn a promotion or to get hired at another company?
