Yes it is now an expensive paper weight. The acid and sugars in the juice will have damaged the motherboard. Not economic to repair unless you have accidental damage cover or household insurance cover with accidental damage.
Drying it off and leaving it in an airing cupboard is a myth - this simply allows the corrosion to dry on the motherboard

Yes! If you had not turned it on, and left it for 4 days to dry out n the airing cupboard, then it might have been ok.
