this hard, physical evidence is all you need. i don't know who's doing the investigating, but it's a terribly shotty job. anyone with access to the internet and public records could do a better job.

You are watching too many conspiracy videos.  The FBI identified the shooter and also released  his prior encounters with the FBI in Alaska. The shooter does have a history of mental illness.
