I'd definitely keep them!! It's still a child who needs love and care!! They just need a little bit more in some parts of their lives!

Yes, there is no point in bringing someone inferior who will never have a quality life into this world. It is not fair to their siblings and other family members to have to take care of them when the parents are finally dead and gone. It is not fair to burden the tax payer. It is also cruel to a child to bring it into the world if it will be paralyzed, in pain, sick and have a short brutal life. Abortion is always the better solution.

This will depend only on the level of disability, the severity of the malformations. If this fetus has before him only a few years of physical suffering without any prospect of improvement I would not keep it: watching my child agonize for 6 years and then die is not bearable.
