my legs and arms are really weird?

yesterday the whole day my leg hurt really bad. when i woke up this morning the pain has stopped but i have this very weird feeling in my legs and arms too. my arms kinda hurt. what can this be? should i be concerned? btw i'm a smoker, should i be concerned about smoking leg disease?
