Drinking does if you have too much
With smoking it depends where you are smoking. For example I was with a few lads from high school at the local Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday last year. Some of us smoke and we decided to have a cigarette during the service. We were quiet and we joined in the service and we got some filthy looks of people even though we saw some adults smoking there as well.
