Is it OK? Sure you can do anything. Will it slow your weight loss? To some extent, yes it will, but if it keeps you on track to a healthier lifestyle, then do it, just don't over do it.

I went on a low carb diet and I've lost 40 lbs, and I still enjoyed junk food BUT ONLY ON OCCASION! Scientists have come out and said that in order to keep you on track of your diet, you should have a cheat day once every other week. I did have cheat days every other week and I'm still loosing weight! You just have to remember to do it in moderation and don't binge eat on cheat days. Hope this helps!

Yes. I actually recommend it because otherwise cravings will increase and you will fall off of a diet. Pick a day in which you will have this treat and try to increase cardio on that day to make this as a higher reward.

As long as it's not a gigantic bar and you spread it out over the week, you should be OK (as long as you're not doing low carb. That would totally screw you up.)
