I think Westbrook because he single-handedly carried his team to a decent play-off spot, and he has so much pressure with Durant taking off last summer. For Oscar, back in 1962, triple-doubles weren't even a thing yet, he had a good team around him and he didn't have as much pressure as Westbrook.

Roberton's ....assists weren't awarded as liberally then as they are now - it was much harder to earn an assist back then.

the league is so different they are hardly comparable. it mostly just shows how impressive it is because the record has stood for so long.
of course, some say that if blocks were kept as a statistic in the 60s, the real owner of this record would be bill russell.
