Two family members came over this year both stating that they were sick and then I got sick both times. Isn't is inconsiderate of them? My wife says I'm crazy to ask people who are sick to stay away.

i dont think its wrong for you to ask them to stay away, i would ask them to stay away anyways and if your wife dont like it thats her problem

make them stay in a tent on your front lawn and ban them from the house ;)

Why not just hand them a surgical face mask at the door? You may stay healthy by refusing them entry, but your relationships with family will not.

I do the same thing. I don't want to get sick. I have better things to do with my time than recover from their virus.
