Backed into co-workers car at 2mph very tiny scratch, he told me not to worry about it but I'm worried?

It was pouring rain and where we park at work there's sometimes not enough parking spots so people park behind each other, when I was backing out today I thought I had room and didn't and at like 2-3MPH I backed into his car - it sounded bad but I got out and noticed a tiny not really scratch but like a mark that can be wiped off and touched up with paint. my car had a nice scratch but that doesn't matter to me. He told me not to worry about it he didn't care as it wasn't bad at all. Should I be right to worry he may say something at a later date?

Damn dude, forget about it. The co-worker left you off the hook. If they did indeed decide to file a claim simply give them your insurance provider information. That's why you pay for insurance on your vehicle, ya know?
