Based on your height and weight, I believe that you will make a very good fit at middle linebacker. You have the ideal size for a high school middle linebacker.
Remember, the best way to prove yourself is through actions, not words. My best advice for you is to work hard and perform very well in practice every day. In addition, what you need to do this (and every) offseason is eat healthy, exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of becoming a successful, top notch middle linebacker in high school football, who could go on to play college football.
If you had really had ACL surgery you wouldn't be waiting six months to begin rehab. You'd have been doing the rehab program a physical therapist would have given you immediately after the operation. For sure, you wouldn't be seeking it on Yahoo! Answers.
Maybe you'd be taken more seriously if you, a 6'0", 225 lb junior, TE/LB wouldn't be trying to feed us bull shít of a 4.89 forty and a 280 lb bench press.
If you're looking for sympathy or attention, weenie, you've come to the wrong place.
