Linebacker workouts/rehabs for after ACL surgery?

It's about to be 6 months after my second ACL surgery and I'm looking for workouts to get me back in shape.

My 40 yard dash went from a 4.89 to a 5.67

My squat had significantly decreased, I'm barely hitting 2 plates.

I'm a high school linebacker and with these stats it's going to be difficult to start.

I'm currently 220 lbs and measure 6ft.

Based on your height and weight, I believe that you will make a very good fit at middle linebacker. You have the ideal size for a high school middle linebacker.

Remember, the best way to prove yourself is through actions, not words. My best advice for you is to work hard and perform very well in practice every day. In addition, what you need to do this (and every) offseason is eat healthy, exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of becoming a successful, top notch middle linebacker in high school football, who could go on to play college football.

By the way, your chances of playing college football depend on your performance in football, especially during senior year of high school. If you perform very well in football during your final year of high school, you will greatly improve your chances of getting recruited to play for a college football program in the future. ©

If you had really had ACL surgery you wouldn't be waiting six months to begin rehab. You'd have been doing the rehab program a physical therapist would have given you immediately after the operation. For sure, you wouldn't be seeking it on Yahoo! Answers.

Maybe you'd be taken more seriously if you, a 6'0", 225 lb junior, TE/LB wouldn't be trying to feed us bull shít of a 4.89 forty and a 280 lb bench press.

If you're looking for sympathy or attention, weenie, you've come to the wrong place.

Get a life, fat boy.
