Why does KFC have a policy that prevents me to get what I actually want? I hate KFC.?

You mean you order chicken and they give you tacos instead? Those bastards! I went to McDonald's and tried to order some shoes one day and they told me to go away. "Have it your way" indeed.

This world is going to sh*t fast.

Simple solution. Don't go to KFC.

Not sure why people make a big deal when they know exactly what to expect when eating fast food. You order what's on the menu. You want to take it the way it's on the menu, and they know exactly what to do because they've been trained and have the portions already set up for that. You want two legs instead of a leg and a thigh? It means in the kitchen area, they have to go grab two standard meals that they planned out, and give you the legs from the two meals. And then they need someone else to buy the two thighs who maybe wanted a leg.

Just about every fast food chain has the same setup. You go to McDonald's and they sell you the combo meal. Comes with a drink? But I just want the burger and fries. Buy the combo and it's like getting the drink free. But I don't want the drink... They are all the same.

Solution... Don't buy it. There are so many other options out there. Complaining about it on Yahoo! Answers won't change KFC policies. Buying elsewhere, and telling them why on THEIR website will.
