Nervous feeling in chest?

For the past few days I have what is a very mild, subtle nervous type feeling in my chest. Kinda like butterflys but in my chest.

I have not had any other symptoms (breathing is fine, etc) And I am wondering if this is some sort of anxiety symptom?

I am a pretty anxious person and would say I do have anxiety and and over worry about things in general.

Has anyone else dealt with this? I feel mostly fine during the day but at night when im by myself relaxing is probably when I feel it the most. I keep checking my pulse and stuff and my BPM is "normal" from what I google. I go to the gym regularly and have not had any difficult working out.

Any responses from anyone with experience would be helpful.

I also have acid reflux sometimes. Im picking up some Prilosec this afternoon to see if this helps but not sure if GERD can cause anxiety like symptoms. im 34, male- have some weight to lose but live active, and eat pretty healthy.

Go talk to your doctor.
The feeling you describe could be heart palpitations, and it's a whole lot safer to make sure you're OK by getting an EKG, than it is to guess or ask random strangers on the internet. You could just as easily as not have a genetic heart flaw that you NEED to know about now. Go get checked- please.

Serene I told you I over worry and am anxious in general :) I feel great otherwise the uneasy/nervous/worried, subtle feeling.

Obviously anxiety. you're young and healthy and you're constantly checking your pulse???
That's just crazy.
