Not necessarily. Being stupid is just being stupid. Crazy can mean a whole bunch of things, but can result from a stupid decision, sure.
It's rare, but per my comment, something could easily happens as a result from either decision of being crazy or being stupid. No, crazy and stupid are NOT the same thing at all, that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying one could BECOME the other, which has happened.
