I prefer real Hard Wood raised panel cabinets, stained finish, no paint. But the large trees needed to produce real wood cabinets are almost gone which makes real wood cabinets extremely expensive.

Shaker style was popular from colonial times until the 1950's when other styles became popular. It is good to see Shaker is popular again.
