Can we establish that "supernatural" does not exist, please?
su·per·nat·u·ral
[ˌso͞opərˈnaCH(ə)rəl]
ADJECTIVE
(of a manifestation or event) attributed to some force beyond scientific understanding or the laws of nature:
"a supernatural being"
synonyms: paranormal · psychic · magic · magical · occult · mystic · mystical
Let's start with "beyond the laws of nature," shall we?
Is there any reason to think that forces exist beyond the laws of nature? Has any thing in history happened that was "beyond" the laws of nature, or not simply attributed to being beyond the laws of nature?
Secondly, let's take a look at the synonyms for supernatural: paranormal · psychic · MAGIC · MAGICAL · occult · mystic · mystical.
It sounds to me like there is some bias here. Christianity doesn't believe in anything that contains, or is identified by these words, such as "psychics/mediums," tarot cards, magic spells, potions, or enchanted items, but it's acceptable if used in the context of explaining their God? Hmmmm........
