Need help with strut bolt?

I have a 2011 GMC Acadia. I'm replacing the front struts I have all the bolts off but the 2 main bolts that goes to the control arm. I have the nuts off but can't get the bolts off. Any help please? I tried hitting bolts with hammer still nothing? I don't have a compact gun or anything

U mean impact gun ? Tween that and a torch U might get it ....

Whack them with a hammer. Leave the nuts on (but loose) if you don't want to destroy the threads.

The bolts are splined and you need to use a 5 lb. hammer to pound them out once the nuts are off.

no easy way pal just spray quite a bit penetrating oil try to turn the bolts with a wrench if u are able to, without the nuts they should just turn loose in there and then hammer them out once they loosen

At the 4:30 mark shows how to remove them. Soak the bolts (both sides) with PB Blaster or Kroil and wait a few hours, try again and repeat the application of PB or Kroil, might take overnight to penetrate completely.
