Is there a public transportation system in Charleston, South Carolina that can take you to all areas of the city?

I'm moving there and I noticed some areas there's a bridge to get to I don't have a car and I was wondering if there's like a bus or something that can bring me to all areas of the city

No. There's very little public transportation in the South. You can take Uber, however.
