It's a ligitament question as I just ordered a 1050 to replace a 730 and I would like to know what to expect. I couldn't find them on the same chart to compare as I guess the 730 is so outdated. I want to play Quantum Break and some newer games. So please good feedback only.

To compare, you do need to find comparable cards.
The GT 730 is comparable to the GT 440 and possibly the 9500gt.
The GTX 1050 sits between the GTX 480 and GTX 580. I'd say it's closer to the old GTX 580.
Percentagewise, the GTX 1050 is 400% faster but that's not set in stone either. Could be less, could be more depending on the game youre playing.

This site isn't completely accurate, but I'd say that's a bit outside of the margin of error. If you want an idea of how the 1050 performs compared to 700-series cards, it's about the same as a 760.
