Why is my graphics card not showing display?

I stopped using my computer for a month and when I went to turn it on it showed a black monitor screen with the backlight on. When the GTX 1050 ti is plugged in it only shows a black screen the GTX 460 however works. When I use the integrated graphics and the 1050 is plugged in it skips the bios option and goes right into windows 10. The 1050 reads in gpuz as all the normal specs but devmgmt.msc shows it as error 43. I've tried reinstalling the graphics drivers but then it shows the error that there is no compatible hardware. I have an i5-4590s, gtx 1050 ti, gtx 460, 16gb hyperx ddr3 1600mhz ram, 550w corsair power supply and an h8m-e33 motherboard updated to the latest bios. I've tested the gtx 1050 ti on multiple motherboards and it still won't work but there appears to be no physical damage to the card at all, no broken capacitors or transistors, nothing broken.

take the graphics card out and put it back in again, clean the edges. switch your HDMI or DP to a different one and see if it still doesnt work.
