How do I make progress with my therapist?
I've had 3 one-hour sessions with him and it seems like I'm just running in place. I kind of just babble on and so far the best advice I've gotten is "try to think about good things whenever you get down". He's in his 50s or early 60s, so I was thinking maybe a therapist in like his 30s would be more helpful. It's not his fault at all, but should I get another therapist? Part of me doesn't want to because I don't want to hurt his feelings, but if I could, how would I go about getting another one?
