What does this mean?

This didn't really happen to me recently but one time when I was praying about 3 or 4 years ago I was on my bed. I always try to pray from the heart to communicate with god and to pray for the things I need most in life if need to do better. But anyway after I got done praying I laid back on my bed with my back against the wall and about 5 to 10 minutes later I felt a double tap on shoulder. It felt so real as if someone a actually did it. This happened to me two or three times before that in my life as well. It's like an invisible hand that tapped me twice on the shoulder through the wall. What does this mean. Is it god answering my prayers . I know it's in the Bible somewhere but I kind of forgot what it said about it.and I'm 16 and a junior in high school now.

So it didn't really happen, as you state in the beginning.
So why post this as a question...

It means that you're gullible to superstitious gibberish. Fortunately, you'll probably outgrow it.

Physical and visual manifestations are common around the border between sleep and wakefulness because of how the brain reacts to the sleep cycle. This is why people have been told to pray right before they go to bed, because when they experience these dream-like manifestations, they will think it has some religious significance and then cede some of their power and personal will and freedom to those religions. It's a huge con and it's been going on for thousands of years.

I suggest you google "hypnagogic hallucinations" and read the wiki about them. They're absolutely real, or at least they seem to be.

I think it is God acknowledging he heard your prayer.
