I'm the only left handed person in my family. Both my parents are right handed and my brother and two sisters are right handed as well. The only people I know in the entirety of my family is one of my cousins and her son. That's about it.

Your parents probably aren't your parents. Maybe you have a different dad and your mom has been hiding that secret for years. Being left handed is a trait directly handed down from one parent. So there's no way those are your parents then.
