If you mean diseases, you can get herpes and HPV when you wear a condom. Because these infections can affect areas of the genitals that are not protected by the condom, they're passed when you rub your genitals together with your partner. If they happen to have those infections you could get them.
If the condom breaks or falls off you could still get an std or HIV but only if your partner is infected.

Yes. And you can get all of them if the condom isn't worn properly, expired, deteriorated, or has a tear/hole in it.
